Concept for the map to track Your flow of consciousness.

It’s scientific proven that self-reflection is useful for people’s mental well-being. The map has a different approach than a diary. It encourages to write down not only your emotions, conclusions or memories, but every thought that has crossed Your mind during the day.

Of course, it’s impossible to track even a half of thoughts, but the process itself might be surprising and self-discovering.

In the map one can sort his thoughts based on time, category, and duration. In the end of a day You can  discover really interesting conclusions about Yourself: do You think more about past, present or future. What are the locations of Your thoughts: are You present or thinking about Your previous trip to Alaska? How fast or slow Your thoughts change or repeat?

Does Your mental location depend on Your physical location? How much do You travel during Your day in time and space?
