Rūta Jumīte is an Oslo-based designer and cultural initiator working at the intersection of strategic design, community engagement, and socio-ecological challenges.

She is a co-founder of Collective Fabula, holds an MA in Creative Sustainability from Aalto University, and teaches at the Art Academy of Latvia. Her work spans collaborations across Latvia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, and Argentina.
